Information you give us

Contact form. First name, last name, company name, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, subject and message.

Quote List form. The same contact and company details, what you need from us, your order details, and the products on your list with the quantity and requirements you enter for each.

All of these fields are required so that we can identify you, reply to you and prepare an accurate quotation. Please do not send us sensitive personal information through these forms.

Information collected automatically

When a form is submitted, the website records the date and time, the page it was sent from, your browser details (user agent) and your IP address. We use these to handle your enquiry and to protect the website against spam and misuse. The forms also contain a hidden anti-spam field, which is checked by our server and does not collect information about you.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a confirmation of what you submitted.
• To prepare quotations and discuss orders, OEM and private label projects with you.
• To manage our business relationship with you and keep our business records.
• To keep the website and its forms secure.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Your Quote List

The products you add to your Quote List are saved in your own browser (local storage), so that the list stays in place as you move between pages. They are not sent to us until you submit the Quote List form. The list is cleared after a successful submission, and you can remove items at any time.

Cookies and analytics

Visitors browsing this website are not set any cookies by the website itself. Website administrators who sign in receive cookies needed for that purpose. This website does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy. Google services described below may set their own cookies when they load.

Third-party services

Google reCAPTCHA. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from automated spam. It collects information such as your IP address, browser details and how you interact with the page, and sends it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Google Maps. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google and loads as you approach it on the page. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.

WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Our website links to these services. If you follow a link or contact us there, your information is handled under their own privacy policies.

Service providers. Our website hosting and email providers process information on our behalf so that the website can run and your enquiries can reach us.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in the website’s database and emailed to our sales team. Copies may also be held in website backups and in our email system. Our team is based in Pakistan, so information you send us will be accessed and handled there, and our service providers may process it in other countries.

How long we keep it

We have not set a fixed retention period. We keep enquiry and quotation records for as long as we need them to respond to you, to manage our business relationship and to maintain our business records. After that, or when you ask us and we have no reason to keep them, we delete them from the website database. Deleted records may remain in backups until those backups are replaced.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights
